There are some logical errors

The positive: Support team responded quickly and they were helpful. The negatives: There are some logical errors for non-UK-residental applications. 1. It was hard and took 3 days to complete the ID-Check since it didn't accept my the most valid document (from the government site). 2. For Tide bank account setup, it asked for a UK phone number which I may or may not have as a non-uk residental at the moment (and I don't have). As an example, this is not required for Tide's competitors like Wise.
