Subject: Refund Request for Cancelled Flight – Booking for August 1st Hello, I booked a flight for August 1st for 3 people: 1 adult and 2 children, from August 1st to August 23rd. However, my 10-year-old daughter’s ticket was cancelled, and I contacted your service to request a refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any reimbursement. At this point, I don’t have the ticket, and I no longer have the money either. This feels like theft, and I find it completely unacceptable. Please look into this matter urgently and let me know how you will resolve this situation.
