Issues with Booster Pairing
I had an issue with a Booster which had initially paired successfully and then stopped communication with my router. Stephanie in Customer Service spent 45 mins with me to resolve the problem, which included repairing a second booster. After the Boosters had paired successfully, We decided to leave them powered for some period of time to be sure that pairing was complete and they remained stable. Stephanie called back t follow up on the issue.
