We had been living in the house we built for the past 50 years so to sell was a major decision. We’ve never sold property before and have nothing but gratitude for the professionalism, local real estate knowledge, compassion and empathy shown to us through the process. Initially wanting to sell “off market”, and having very successful “open for inspections”, Bruce advised us that an auction was the best option for maximum results. As it turned out, we didn’t make it to auction day, our home was sold after 21 days on the market via a “Zoom auction” which resulted in a sale price we were only dreaming of.
