Bad customer service and don't stand…
Bad customer service and don't stand behind their products. I've had issues with a few of their products and they ignore problems. I've grown for years and bought grain bags from them that won't inoculate. Followed their directions and they are in one of their temperature regulated eco systems, which has also had issues they won't address. Been over 3 months with zero signs of growth. I've reinjected spore as they recommended, even used an easy grow variety and still nothing. Midwest Grow Kits response after they initially stated they would replace the bags if needed is the spores must be bad, which they are not, and have stopped communicating. So as long as things work they are helpful but won't stand behind their products and have bad customer service.
