Terrible
Our booking was lost and we did not get our car on the day of our arrival, the phone numbers provided for shuttle did not work, we were advised that Go Rentals desk is closed and eventually directed to Enterprise desk where they told us we have no booking. The next day we finally got our car after having spent a fortune on a hotel room and having missed an event the night before. The car we got was fine, other than one back door opening mid drive in a turn, lucky we only lost a small bag, not a child, but according to Go Rentals there was nothing wrong with the car and they gave zero apologies for handing it in a day late, not to mention refunds.
