Rdv qui devait se faire ce matin .

Rdv qui devait se faire ce matin . On m appel pour l annuler , si je veux reprendre rdv c est le 9 décembre !! Pénalité de 30 € pour nous, si le rdv n' est pas honoré , par contre quand c est l'inverse il n'y a rien . Merci a vous de nous laisser dans le froid !!!
