Happy Flyer
I fly many of times using Southwest airlines, it has always been a pleasure. This past time we flew back from Reagan airport to Ft. Lauderdale with our puppy, it was such a pleasure......I want to extent my congratulations on that flight 652, @125 pm, the pilot alone was such a friendly man, and helped my husband who had to use a wheelchair due to a knee surgery, first name David and the last name started with a "C" Canavosa not sure if I spelled it correctly, then boarding the three flight attendant were such happy, professional group of ladies and made everybody welcomed, they had a very good rapport, a close and harmonious relationship with each other. I congratulate SOUTHWEST on their employees. As I myself was a former flight attendant.... Thank You and looking forward to flying again with SOUTHWEST again. Happy flyer Carmen
