I have previously enjoyed excellent…

I have previously enjoyed excellent experiences with this establishment and would ordinarily award five stars. However, on this occasion, I have encountered an issue with the delivery, which appears to be the responsibility of DPD. As a result, I have not received my order. I have contacted customer support and provided evidence that DPD did not deliver the parcel. Given that the item is perishable, DPD has confirmed they will not attempt delivery. Regrettably, I have yet to receive a response from customer service. While it has only been 24 hours, I did reach out earlier to report the non-delivery and to enquire about the next steps, particularly as the order concerns food. I have also asked whether I would be eligible for a refund or a credit note, as I am not seeking a replacement at this time—especially as I am concerned it may simply be the same undelivered package resent. As of now, I have not received a reply. I will allow until the close of business today for a response before escalating the matter with PayPal, providing all relevant evidence. Update. I had to escalate the situation through PayPal. Only then did I receive a response, but because I went through PayPal, I was not refunded the delivery charge and did not receive a genuine apology from Muscle Foods. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of customer care and the fact that they kept the delivery fee for a service that was never provided. This experience has left me frustrated and questioning whether to order again, as customer service seems to be lacking when problems occur. Furthermore, as of 21st June there was no response to this review either, how many people are losing money to this company?
