Oh Me Oh My!!!!
Wow!!!! So the Jamaican market here in SC shut down unfortunately due to covid and I was really craving some ackee and salt fish. I was very leery about buying any type of meat/ seafood online. I came across Wholey's Market and the reviews were great. I took a chance and ordered Salt Fish and oh my goodness, the fish came in 2 days on my birthday actually and it was well packaged. The quality was suburb!!! Reminded me of being on the Island and running down to the corner market that's how good the quality was. I wasted no time and made ackee and salt fish with fried dumplings for my Birthday and it was delicious! The amount of fish was also a lot for the price. I portioned the rest and put them in my freezer. I will look no further than Wholeys for my salt fish in the future now if only they had salt mackerel!!!
