Worse customer experience
I had just come across the worse customer service in my life, at the branch of BOC Leighton Road in HK! The person at the first desk nearer to the entrance, certainly had some attitudes, utterly unprofessional, shameful behaviour. I would describe as a ‘gangster night club attitude’ towards the customers. I thought I shared my experience with the public.
