Request for an old design letter box…
Request for an old design letter box has been chaotically managed between Norwich Customer Engagement and Birmingham Service Depot. Despite providing the part number I required, I was sent a letter box from your current range twice! It also takes too long for customers to be refunded when the wrong item is provided. Still not got the correct box but progress is being made towards providing it. Overall impression of the company is that it is very inefficient and uncoordinated between departments. This is after kitting out two houses over the years with Anglian products.
