Good but not perfect
I have been with So Energy for 5 years and have been broadly satisfied with their price offering. I have received offers from other suppliers but none have presented a price that compelled me to change. I have had continual issues with my Smart meters, though I suspect this is an internet issue which would affect other suppliers similarly. On occasions their responses to service issues could be quicker and they sometimes appear process driven rather than customer focussed. I would take issue with the way that my latest renewal offer was presented. It was not immediately obvious that the annual/monthly quote included a credit balance that i had built up, with the result that the quoted figures were somewhat misleading.i had to dig into the supporting information to come to a true monthly/annual cost. A flag in the quotation could have and should have made this very clear.
