We love the cloud pen 3 BUT defective posts
We love the cloud pen 3, BUT we are on our 4th battery. The posts inside the battery become loose fall into their hole leaving the battery useless. We bought a kit and 2 batteries. All three batteries have been returned and replaced. Out of the 3 replacements 2 batteries posts came loose. So we have 1 battery left. We love the pen but the posts are defective. Shawn has been great.
