Got a good deal on flight from LHR to ATL Paid Friday afternoon for a flight on the next Tuesday. Bought instinctively without doing a scam check first. My expectation was my e-ticket would arrive soon after. Called the next day to be told my ticket was in a queue and would be issued 8pm. 8pm came and went. Called next morning to be told the same thing again. In a queue. Later that afternoon an e-ticket email arrived. I was expecting a QR code type email or similar. No instructions on how to check in etc. Thankfully, by entering the booking reference on the airline website all my suspicions evaporated. Improve customer communication and this could easily have been 5*
