Avoid at all costs
I have hired these via a broker but they are terrible. Thessaloniki Greece airport. Coercion and extortion to get me to pay up full insurance. The lady at the desk, a middle aged person even got up from the office to chase me out and left me stranded there, refusing to drive me back to the airport when I did not accept to pay extras. They said that roadside assistance was not included and if I needed it in case of breakdown, I would have to call it and pay crazy amounts. Even for a tyre I would not be able to change it as these are their rules. Having the 100% coverage with the broker did not help, because if there was an accident they do not provide evidence from the repair shops and I would have to pay an amount they decide - this was not accepted by insurances so I would lose out. The insurance extra, which was two times the price of the agreed rental was the only way. I refused to book with them. Such a person, mentally deranged should never be allowed in a client facing job . Thessaloniki airport office AVOID AVOID. I sit now and reflect, is it even legal not to provide evidence of cost of repairs and just charge the customer whatever they decide as a damage?
