I've gone to the ticket clinic on several occasions but this time, I received points and Court cost, so I asked about the refund and they said that I must have not been given about twenty other things in the last two years including tickets to be able to get a refund. I simply stated that's not what the advertised commercial states and I want my refund because this is false advertisement.
