Absolutely rubbish customer service
Absolutely rubbish customer service, no solution, absolutely waste of time l had to scrap my car, got price for it and accepted through their website went through all question, called me to arrange collection I drove in the morning before work to give keys and to give my car away just to find out that they not coming and they lied that something missing, then the driver went to different address and so on.. ok I called to scrapcarcomprison.com to find out that they literally can’t do anything and I just wasted all morning to drive back and forbade that the guy on the phone to tell me that they can’t do anything about it !!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!
