Haven't even collected the car and I've decided never to use this company again! 45 min wait at the airport as the minibus was full. Then driven 15mins to the office, with ALL the others on our minibus, to complete the paperwork. Only 2, very slow, staff and in a queue of 6 people. Appalling process!!
