Much better than managing it myself
Using Marsh and Parsons property management service was an enormous improvement from trying to manage the tenancy as a landlord. Elisabeth was fantastic as a managing agent. All issues were resolved swiftly with the absolute minimum amount of admin and engagement required from me. This was a huge improvement from the laborious approach to liaising with tenants and contractors myself to try to triangulate and resolve issues and attendance. Highly recommend.
