AWFUL Aftersales, Products are cheap for a reason
Wish I had read other issues about their customer service, or LACK OF!! You will have a great buying experience due to cheap pricing and offers available but god forbid your order comes with something missing or would like to exchange an item. There is NO Customer Service skills at EZ Car Care. First of all was speaking to Annmarie who was starting to assist me with my missing £35 Carryall Detailing bag and arranging an exchange for duplicate products within my order. But then my emails were intercepted by Argumentative Anthony who started contradicting Annmaries comments and started cancelling my exchange. Still no sign of my detailing bag which I have PAID FOR and now I am lumbered with £40 of products I’m not going to use… Will not be shopping here ever again. Please use Klarna if you do buy anything from them as you can pause or cancel payments and avoid giving your cash to this selfish ignorant business.
