Excellent,helpful engineer
Prompt appointment given and we were kept well informed of time slot. Very helpful engineer who answered all our questions. Would have been a 5 star rating but we were very clear when booking the repair that the seals were damaged and we were assured this is included in our policy but the engineer had been given the wrong information and arrived without the necessary parts to complete the job. The parts will be sent in the post.
