I have a under sink push fit filter and ordered some new filters. On arrival I didn’t check/realise that one of the filters were broken when I put the box in storage. I contacted them about my problem even though it had been well over the 24hour period. The company was so helpful and did say that in future I should check the parcel within 24hours but out of goodwill they have just sent out a replacement. So really good customer service. Also I did open up the old filters and the amount of stuff they filtered out of my water was amazing so can’t wait to finally get some new filters in as it is well overdue but won’t be without them.
