Melted chocolate
Hi, i placed an order for chocolates for my partners birthday as I wouldn’t see him on his birthday and thought it would be a nice surprise to be delivered on the 15.07.25 I was sent a message to say they would be delivered on 11.7 but he was away so I asked them to be redelivered on the 15.7 the date they should have arrived so when they turned up today they were all melted. I was so disappointed as they are not cheap to buy. I dont think I would order from you again as I expected a lot better service.
