Issue with International Calls
I had an issue with making an international call using my LycaMobile bundle. A customer service representative, Lina, did a great job by providing several alternatives to solve the issue, which worked in the end. Ms. Lina showed a great customer orientation, and problem-solving abilities which are critical in this area. I am very happy with my mobile network provider.
