Excellent Student Support I appreciated that the support team worked around my schedule to provide the help I needed. Despite missing numerous scheduled follow-up and guidance calls, they made several attempts to catch up with me and offer the pep talks and coaching I needed. I received lots of positivity and encouragement from my contact, Kylah, who communicated clearly, engaged with empathy, and understood my situation based on my schedule. I can say that I enjoyed such holistic support. I was offered proactive study strategies, customized assistance, and flexible support. I also appreciated that my successes were celebrated both in writing and during phone calls. It felt great!
