A year passed. Still waiting for the refund
I booked my tickets with Czech Airlines through mytrip.fr almost exactly a year ago. The flight was supposed to be on Match 27th, 2020, from Paris to Prague. Then the pandemic hit and I do understand the difficulties for the whole travel industry. HOWEVER! There are no legal reasons to hold my money and not refund the mytrip.fr that must refund me next. On top of that, the customer service is just RUDE ! I called 3 times to get more information about (at least) a rebooking and they are just treat as an annoyance whilst you’re talking politely. Never say « never », but I will definitely avoid this airline in the future. Awful! I do not recommend!
