Nothing in Stock...

I've placed two orders with Playasia—one in 2024 and another in 2025—and neither was ever delivered because they didn’t have the items in stock. For my first order, I waited a month before being informed that they couldn’t fulfill it, and my order was canceled. Strangely, a few weeks later, the same item reappeared on their website at a higher price—seemingly, they didn’t want to sell it to me at the original price. For my second order, after another month of waiting, I reached out to them only to learn that they still hadn’t received the item from their supplier. In both cases, Playasia never sent any updates regarding my order status—I had to contact them myself after a long wait just to find out what was happening. Their lack of communication and professionalism was frustrating, and ultimately, I never received anything I ordered. At this point, I doubt they operate as a legitimate store, and I cannot recommend them.
