Poor deposit refund experience
Hired a Luton van twice with a short time in between hires (April 2025). Received one refund of the £250 deposit after a couple of months of asking but I find myself still waiting for the second, some 5-6 months since I returned the van. They are very good in apologising but keep saying they are going to speak to their finance team. Same story each time I chase. Off to the card company now to see what they can do. Wouldn’t hire from them again.
