If you read through the other 1 star reviews... They say it all..... I rent Vans regularly and tried AVR one time........ one time... I never thought to read reviews on a van rental company?? As I have never had an issue before. Lesson learned. If you read this and the other 1 star reviews and you decide to use them...... good luck!
