EXCEPTIONALLY Bad Customer Service Ever
Preface: I never leave bad reviews but this experience warranted one. EXCEPTIONALLY BAD SERVICE Issue: Destroyed shipping box, containers of the products were crushed and seals were broken on the products including the protein powder. Response from customer service: The products left our facility sealed so they are fine, pop the dents out. My response: I am never going to give you a second chance if that is ever your reply, I sent all the pictures asked of me and that was the reply. The proof was evident. I have never been treated this way by any company before, no matter how cheap they were. Terrible place to buy products, how absurd it is to say something going in your body is fine to have its seal broken on arrival, with oh by the way, actual openings on the shipping box, yes very sanitary lol, not to mention I couldn't reclose the containers all the way "Popping the dents out". Ill be going to the BBB and health department for small businesses as well.
