Horrible Service!!I used to post but now I only use the Journal feature and I don't bother talking to the kooth 'professionals'. I appreciate their commitment to kooth.. but most kooth 'professionals' I talked to were very underwhelming. They sound like those GPs who dismiss your pain unless it's extremely severe. So much for a mental healthcare site. And plus these kooth professionals talk like robots/ai even ai does a better job at consoling than these people! And the chat queues are long af and very disappointing. I sent the people message and they respond with some articles like it helps
