Good price for scrap value, poor back office process
Booked through Remove My Car who quoted a good price for scrap value. Their agent was Mainline Salvage and Recovery Ltd who quoted 10:00 to 13:00 time window for collection. Not ideal as vehicle was at a garage. Having stood around for 3 hours with no contact, snd being unable to contact Mainline (phone continually went through to answerphone) I was on the point of leaving when very pleasant and helpful collection driver phoned. Turns out that he had been told collection was between 13:00 and 14:00. He had also been given the wrong address from which to collect! Great driver but badly let down by completely useless back office.
