Scam
Feels like a scam. Booked a ticket from Mombasa to Lamu. Credit card was charged, bought insurance. No confirmation was ever sent, fortunately screenshotted the confirmation number. Tried to log into my account - no go. Tried to change password - no go. Tried to send message to ask for cancellation, on both website and app - no go. Message would not send. Nowhere is there any kind of contact details for them. So they seem to have taken my money and disappeared. If they are legitimate, why are they making it so hard to contact them nor allow any kind of interaction beyond confirming they have your money ? Postscript : even after posting this, you can see the reply below. No help at all. I want to cancel, can’t even get access let alone a person to engage with. Oh, and the confirmation they said they sent…never arrived. Having seen all the other reviews,this was really a bad mistake and I’ve been ripped off. Mistake I made was clicking on them thinking it was the airline.
