Very impressed
I was really impressed with John who contacted me after we had our first break in after 34 years. Not only did he show empathy but put our minds at rest that it would all be sorted. He gave us clear understanding of the process and replied to any questions we had. It's been an awful week but John and all the staff have been absolutely brilliant.
