I was a bit hesitant in ordering a new car online. Well, trust me,it was brilliant. It seemed to be too good to be true. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always helpfull on the phone (no long waits on getting through) and I couldn't believe how much money I saved. My local main dealer (after a bit of haggling) were 3 grand more and that was taking my old car in part ex. I sold my old car for 1 grand so that was an extra grand in my pocket. Savings vary on different models, I had a bargain. If I want a new car again, I will definitely go down this road. If you are unsure, then phone them and they will explain every step of the process.
