A Rigorous and Rewarding Journey with the MIT-Great Learning Applied Data Science Program
The MIT-Great Learning Applied Data Science Program was an intense yet incredibly rewarding experience. The combination of world-class lectures from MIT faculty, the structured reinforcement of key concepts, and hands-on applications through weekend mentoring sessions by the Great Learning team made for a truly comprehensive and engaging learning journey. The program organization was instrumental in ensuring a seamless and enriching experience. A special mention to Tanvi, our program manager, who was exceptionally responsive and meticulous in managing every detail. My mentors, Priyanka and Amish, brought their own practical experience into each session. Their real-world insights helped bridge the gap between theory and application, and made the learning process that much more impactful. The structured approach of the program, coupled with expert mentorship, has not only strengthened my data science skills but has also given me the confidence to apply my IT expertise in healthcare to the field of data science. I now feel fully prepared to make this transition and contribute meaningfully in this space. If you're looking for a rigorous, well-organized, and highly supportive data science program, I highly recommend this one.
