Avoid unless you have money to blow
Bought the product initially and without any reason stopped working after ~2 years. Only option was to buy a new pod with a slight discount. Their customer service is extremely unhelpful, even worse than some of the AI customer service I've seen elsewhere: they literally never respond to your query but just provide standard statements. Extremely annoying. To make things worse, I've ordered the new Pod 5, they sent the Pod 4(!). I've sent it back and now have to wait yet another month to receive the pod. Insane how bad this company is run, especially if you consider how crazy expensive they are. Potential of this company was amazing but this is horrible
