Lack human compassion
Things were ok untill I needed to take important medication. When spending way over the odds for 3 warm drinks and food I asked the cabin crew if I could have half a cup of water to take some medication because my coffee was to hot to take pills. I was told I couldn't have water unless I BOUGHT IT !!!! I said I only needed a little but it was a firm N0 I had to buy a bottle at 4 euro, this is money grabbing at it's finest. I understand that it's a business but I'd already spent a fortune so wasn't trying to work a fast one. I feel extremely sorry for anyone travelling sun express that doesn't have the funds and either needs to take medication or becomes ill and needs a sip of water because you're out of luck getting any compassion from this airline. Made hundreds out of me and my family and wouldn't give a mouth full of water, don't even think Ryanair are that bad I spent on my card on both flights, nothing is showing on either my pending transactions or balance. Because I'm an honest person I contacted the company incase theres a glitch and I hadn't paid. Only to be told they have a 100 days to take it so rough luck basically So now I've 3 months to remember that I've 100 or so pound going to sun express. Image if you didn't notice and then they take it in 3 months time, could put many overdrawn.
