Not easy to open an online account
I disagree with some reviewers about the ease of opening an online account. You have to provide answers to THREE security questions that have so many restrictions, it makes it difficult to know what to put down as an answer. Why some of these provincial banks like to make life difficult for customers never fails to amaze me. The smaller the bank the more neurotic and security obsessed they become!
