Works well for inflammation
Been using this for my arthritis pain and it's helped reduce the inflammation noticeably. Takes about 2-3 weeks to really feel the effects, so don't expect immediate results. The liquid form is easy to take and doesn't upset my stomach like some curcumin pills do.
