Products great - customer service abysmal
Long story short...Belazu had loyalty scheme. I was loyal customer and had about £30 of loyalty points. One day these points 'disappeared'. I complained. Eventually I received a voucher code for 3 x £10. I could only use one voucher at a time and had to pay delivery unless I spent £50....no, turns out I had to spend £60 as the £10 voucher gets deducted from my £50 order so bringing the delivery charge back. I've tried so may times to sort this with Belazu but they just don't seem to either care or understand. I've now given up....beaten down by the corporation. Good luck to everyone else using their products...I just hope you never have to complain..
