Varun did a great job of accommodating…

Varun did a great job of accommodating us despite his company trying to cancel their Chauffer service the day before we arrived because our hotel was too far. Please note that we were never asked where we were staying on the island until 24 hours before. Customers need to be in the North near Grand Bay apparently. In any case, after much debate with his company (and again at the exit gate at the airport!) Varun was assigned to us and really saved the day with efficient, flexible and courteous service. Thanks Varun! You were the HERO! Please also note that because if the booking mistake on their part, the manager did credit us the cost of the Chauffer.
