Fan order online
I ordered a fan through the Interdiscount website last 23.06.25 for pick-up at the store. First, they sent an email saying that the fan would be available for pick up on 26.06.25. It was okay. The day before the pick up date, they sent another email saying that pick up has been moved to 30.06.25. It was okay. Now is the 30th, went to the store, and the staff said it wasn't there. They can't even see the order in their system. I haven't even received another email. What's going on? Went for it because it was cheaper than galaxus. But didn't know it would be such a hassle. Don't even know when the product would even be available for pick up.
