BUYER BEWARE - I feel tricked and scammed
Absolute mess of a company. I booked a return with the same airline and specific time. When I finally received the confirmation (it was severely delayed) they had chose a different airline for the return trip and a very undesirable time, I assume because it was cheaper than the flight I selected. I contacted them for a refund and got absolutely no assistance. I will have to take this loss and cancel this flight and lose my money because I refuse to use their services.
