From my experience I really could not recommend 48 mobile to anyone. I thought everything was okay when I changed over until some customers started calling on the land line saying they are unable to call or text my mobile. When the odd call did get through sound quality was bad with some callers sounding like Darth Vader. There was no difference even after changing to all the 48 recommended settings, I even tried different phones. I was in contact with two people from 48 and explained the phone was a business phone and if customers can’t get in contact it’s costing the company. I was told they would get this sorted out A.S.A.P and that the problem was escalated to their technical department, and asked me not to leave until the problem was fixed, and that I would be receive an email as soon as the problem was resolved. FIVE DAYS LATER still no resolution had no choice but to switch.
