For everyone that is interested... we've recently purchased 2 filtration units from US Water Systems. 1 was a RO Unit, the 8000 Defender and the other one is the Livation Unit, alkaline water system, changing the water to a Ph of 9.5 to 10, approximately... The representative, Mike Beck has been excellent to work with. The knowledge that he has of working water systems, the kind of system that I should run so I don't over work the system, to make the life span run longer and change out filters less frequently, has been extremely valuable ! Every time I've made calls to him , he's made it a priority to take the time to help me understand how the system works, explains the process to me, (several times), to make sure that I have a complete understanding of everything involved... ! I would highly recommend US Water Systems.... ! ! !
