I was scared after reading reviews and didn’t know who to go with but the ease of someone picking up the car made me choose cash for cars. The quote online was great for my non starter and then they called and lowered the price due to scratches I told them about and the extent of damage to the car. The price they changed to was still really fair. They were really clear about the process, picked my car up the next day. The collection guy called and was friendly- I didn’t need to be there, they just collected from a garage. Then the money was transferred within hours. I couldn’t be more relieved. Telephone manner wasn’t the best but it didn’t need to be- I was really happy with the service and would definitely use them again for any car that dies or is a non starter.
