Community and Culture in Peru-students, Highlights of Southern Ireland-Adults
I have had the opportunity to travel this year with a student group to Peru over spring break and an adult group to Ireland in June of 2018. In each case we were attended to 24/7. The hotels, restaurants, and tour managers were exceptional. Our cultural experiences in Peru included spending a day with a village cooking a meal and also working with a local sculptor. What an amazing set of experiences for my students! The experiences are too many to list here, but ACIS takes the concept of "local experience" seriously! Many teachers don't realize that the traveling with ACIS can be a life-long adventure. Our hotels on the Ireland trip included two spas and a castle! My group couldn't have been more pleased with the trip. Ask your area ACIS representative about the many opportunities that ACIS offers and see the world!
