Great customer service
I ordered a pair of shoes, but when they arrived the heel was just too high for me to walk in. I had not realized what a big wedge the shoe had, I reached out to customer service about their return policy, and they let me pick out a new pair of shoes and sent them to me. And told me to go ahead and keep the old pair. I am very pleased with their customer service.
